Sacramento Republic FC – More Than Pink Night

Score a Win Against Breast Cancer

Sacramento Republic Football Club is partnering with Albie Aware Breast Cancer Foundation to host ‘More Than Pink Night’ on Wednesday, October 2, during the club’s match against LA Galaxy II at Papa Murphy’s Park. The event will benefit the foundation and celebrate local survivors. Gates will open at 6 p.m. and the match will kick off at 7:30 p.m.

Republic FC will be honoring local breast cancer survivors throughout the night. Prior to kickoff, players will walk out to the field accompanied by breast cancer survivors and the match will also include a halftime ceremony in their honor.

Here’s a chance to team up with Albie Aware and the Sacramento Republic FC to help kick breast cancer out of everyone’s lives.

Here’s how you can get involved…

  1. Tell your survival story in a video with players of the Sacramento Republic FC.
  2. Attend the team’s soccer match on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 (7:30 pm) at Papa Murphy’s Park. The video will be shown during the match to promote breast health awareness.
  3. Participate on the field during the halftime ceremony. Plus, survivors will be selected to hold the Sacramento Republic FC flag during the National Anthem prior to the match.

A limited number of complimentary tickets will be available to participants, so please don’t wait to decide if you wish to be part of this campaign.

Together, let’s kick breast cancer out of the park… for good!
